How to delete your SamVision Cabinet account and its data — no app needed.

How to request deletion
- Fill in the form on this page, or email support from the address linked to your account.
- Give the email or phone number you sign in with.
- We confirm the request really comes from you by replying to that email or calling that number.
- Once confirmed, the account is deleted within 30 days and we let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, phone, password, sign-in sessions and push notification tokens.
- Your access to every company where you were a user.
- If you are the company’s only owner, on your confirmation the whole company is deleted as well: employees, their photos, the access log, timesheets and device settings.
What may be kept
- If the company keeps operating without you, its records (access log, timesheets) stay with the company and are controlled by the employer. We remove your photo from the employee card on request.
- Data we must keep under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (for example, accounting documents for payments) — for the required period.
- Backups — up to 30 days after deletion, then overwritten.
